For as long as I remember, every now and then (I call it frequently) I have had a weird scratch appear on my legs or arms (always on the same place).
They appear to be old scratches, a dark red color and they look like they were made with a needle.
But they wern't there when I went to sleep the night before.
There is never any bleeding, but they are definitely scratches, always exactly the same stage of healing.

I doubt that I scratched it because they are located on strange places, most commonly on the back of my right lower leg.
The second reason to doubt that I scratched it is because I have really flimsy short nails that I doubt can pierce skin.

Ive looked over the net and the only two explanations that ive found where:
*Sometimes these type of strange marks and scratches can be caused by some astral or etheric negative enitites/ discarnates.
*The possible cause is from some cellular manifestation of a subconscious pastlife injury that keeps working its way to the surface, this scenario is more common in marks thats are always look the same and are always in the same spots.

I was wondering what you think of this and if you have had experiences with this too.

I think it may be dust mites. But it does sound strange how it's always in the exact same scratch-form.

Yeah I get that too. It just started recently they're exactly like that. The only difference is mine wrap all the way around my right leg right above my Achilles tendon. It typically looks like it's pretty old but I know that it's not because I didn't have it the morning before. I have no idea what it could be.

Dust mites don't scratch you, but you need to rule out that you're scratching yourself in your sleep, i'd wear light gloves for a while see if they still appear, I have heard of people being sctratched by spirits but you need to rule everything else out first.

I have really short nails that can't scratch.

My partner wakes up with scratches but we have put it down to him probably scratching himself in his sleep. He has his in the same places on his chest and neck. never thought about it being anything other than that.

try to clip his nails or as violet said let him sleep with gloves.
