I started playing some quite frustrating games due to boredom.Today I noticed something pretty weird.I'm usually on the verge of a nervous breakdown when playing frustrating games but today,whilst I was eating a pretzel,I noticed that I wasn't so nervous and angry anymore,even though the game was still very frustrating to play.
I think that the food is some sort of stress-reliever.I was gonna ask you guys if you ever noticed this?

I did notice that sometimes when I was tensed and I ate something like a cookie, I'd start to feel more relaxed.

Cardio--- If you go jog for at least 10 minutes you will feel twice as good then if you would have ate a pretzel... And lost weight/boost metabolism. You feel good because exercise releases endorphins into the blood stream which is like a drug for your brain... but not in the bad sense of the word drug... You will feel better about yourself and other people. And if you have associated eating with relaxing... then try everytime you eat a cookie punching yourself in the kidney... then you will associate eating a cookie with pain, and not grab a cookie every time you want to relax. Basic Psychology. Then rub icy hot on your kidney everytime you eat a piece of fruit... Okay, thats kind of weird.
