What is the difference between spyware and antivirus???

Antvirus is good

Spyware are programs that often enter your computer unwanted(like viruses) but instead of sabotaging your computer they are made to gather information(anything you have story on your PC) and sent them to a specific adress(often the one who made the spyware)

Antivirus Software is software(like tha name says) against viruses and often spyware as well. every responsible computer user(or someone who likes to keep his computer running) should have one and run a scan once in a while(like every 2 weeks or so)
