Honestly, yeah. Mass Effect 2 is an amazing game. It's a freaking experience for godsake.
One suggestion though: play the first Mass Effect game first. There's so many references in the second game that you'll go :3 a billion damn times.

Portal 2 is one of the best scientific video game. It has the best creation of action effects which full of warrior and robotic evolutions. It has wonderful creation of fights and missions.
