Fallout Online may not have released any trailers, screens, or even concept art, but they are taking registrations for the beta. Interplay have said that “interested players who sign up are on the fast-track for beta-testing”, and will also receive some sort of newsletter with “tales from the wastelands”. There’s even an intro video where a hand looks at some polaroids, or something. Mysterious indeed. Click here to sing upSource

wtf... this kinda goes against the whole point of fallout. [!@#$] multiplayer.
wait.. interplay? they fell through along with black isle, thats why bethesda owns the fallout franchise now.

Oh you haven't seen anything yet... It might work (Wow is from an RTS game, bloody strategy and is now the primary social life excuse)

As long as it isn't done on the Gamebryo engine, it is developed by Obsidian and not Bethesda, they get a new team for 2D/3D assets so there aren't horrible texture, rigging, animation mistakes, and they have both F2P and P2P options, it might be a fun MMO.

As far as I'm aware the game that was supposed to be Fallout Online turned into New Vegas.
So yeah.

ah k. i also read that New Vagos contained some concepts originally intended for the original Fallout 3 codenamed "Van Buren"
