I hear there's a growing tendency with billionares to buy off rain forests and nature endangered areas to keep them preserved which is just fabulous... watched it on Discovery

Turn to compassion instead of apathy, love not hate or indifference... Without this we are doomed anyway imo

Yeah like make IVF illegal. If you aren't naturally fertile, why not adopt instead? I personally would love to have the experience of being pregnant, but if I can't naturally have one, why force it? The whole idea of it is kinda weird to me why people are okay with giving birth that was maybe half made by the couple, but they won't adopt...Anywho btt anything like recycling, busing, not using plastic bags for groceries. Also, live by the rules reduce reuse recycle in that order would make the world a better place. For example, one problem right now is most people think oh I'll just buy a bottle of water (don't get me started on bottled water) and RECYCLE it and that'll be my contribution to improving the environment, but the better option would be oh I'll buy a bottle of water and REUSE it for next time, but the best option is don't waste money or resources on a stupid bottle of water and REDUCE waste by bringing your own reusable water bottle to begin with or bring a mug with you when you go to buy coffee at a coffee store.
Also, I'm against girls shaving cause I think that's another giant waste of resources. Think of all the plastic, metal, and water (and that's just the basics) that's used because somewhere along time someone decided that smooth legs were 'natural'.
Being 'green' isn't something that's hard or expensive to do. You don't need to go out and buy a hybrid, or some special pieces of technology to make the world a cleaner place. It's about making the smart choices of walking to the store that's a 20 min walk away instead of driving and don't tell me you can't do it, cause I walk to the grocery store to buy my groceries.

No kidding. This guy on the bus yesterday told us he was a six XL. How do you even get to be that big? Like how do you not think oh hey I might be a little over weight after passing the XL mark?

I think that cases like that are a desiese similar to what makes anorexics think that they are too fat. These guys think that they are OK.

I think a lot of them are just stuck in a spiral of gain weight -> feel fat and hopeless -> eat more as comfort -> gain more weight -> need more comfort food and so on... It is very sad, personally I think that the government wants us to be fat

It really is bad, but I don't see how one can function at this weight O.o

Well, they've got more than enough energy (all their fat, etc.) to function. The only problem would be how to walk around with such a HUGE body . I guess you'll learn how to walk with such a body after a while. p.s. Another idea: Making people more interested in their own happiness than in other people's unhappiness, we'd have paradise in a couple of years!

I doubt that thats possible. We have a group instinct and tend to fit in and get to the top. Which includes bringing others down.

Well, that's because the group functions that way. And the way a group functions can be changed. So if we were to vigorously reform our educational system, it would be possible. The chance that it'll actually happen, though, is very small
