The earths climate has been changing thoughout its history, its definately happening, whether this time around its human caused or naturally occuring, humanity should try and do something about it. Though if it is just the earths natural warming then there is little to nothing anyone can do to stop it except try and adapt.

The truth about global warming. Click here

Okay... it's a cycle. It gets colder, warmer, colder.... the hole in the ozone layer gets bigger, then smaller, then bigger. Right now, the planet is cooling back down, but the seasons are happening a little later each year. The hole in the ozone is closing again.
The huge ass gorilla sitting in the middle of this is the fact that people have only been able to measure a lot of this stuff for less than 75 years. That's less than a single lifetime. Let's compare the lifetime of this rock to a single lifetime. We have the rock, which is what, supposed to be 40 million years old, or was it 4 billion years, or something like that (the supposed age of this small ball changes more times than my ex changes her mind), vs 75 years. Methinks these scientists need another few thousand years of data to even formulate the first three words of a theory.

I agree, but I think that it's also the increasing and decreasing of the eccentricity of earth's orbit, which causes us to come closer to the sun every once in a while

Yup. Add to that, the fact that the other planets effect us as well. We're all tied in... like the force! :)
Apparently, after Jupiter was hit by Shoemaker-Levy 9, the average temp here on earth lowered by two degrees for two years. My ex, Mary, firmly believed the comet impact caused it... never know. :|

Yes, I think that the temperature on earth is a far more delicate thing than just CO2
